[aprssig] UIdigi and the new Paradigm

Because the digi was misbehaving, I took the opportunity to replace the  
UIdigi chip in the WB0NOO-2 Nashville, TN area digi yesterday.
I have already found one goof to be fixed but would like comments from  
others on anything that might need to be changed to better fit the new  
WideN-n paradigm.

Here are the settings I programmed into the chip.
