[aprssig] AO-Echo satellite

I have asked for digipeating exactly twice now.  I have a D7A and can
and would like to try this out if they *can* turn it on.  If you have
a D7A, D700 or any other device that can do 9600 email the folks that
setup the schedule at ao51-modes at amsat.org.  From what I hear, there
aren't that many requests on it.
