The relative GPS accuracy is gonna be affected by antenna obscuration 
and constellation visibility.  If you could guarantee all receivers had 
similar constellation exposure and the same satellites, it's pretty 
good.  With the Motorola receivers, you can specify "high 4" mode and 
solely get the 4 satellties highest in the local sky, which would make 
this work somewhat better.

A SWAG for relative accuracy would be on the order of 1-2 meters, 
assuming the receivers are pretty much seeing the same satellites, the 
antennas are all positioned the same, etc.  A more conservative estimate 
is about 6 meters for accuracy, period.
