[aprssig] PATH clarification when travelling

Wow!  Yes, I guess there's "antique" and "really antique"!  hi hi  Hey,
maybe you all could get together and somehow come up with a KPC-3 TNC for
the "really antique" WA4KJH-7 digi.  hi hi  The other digis around there are
only "antique" N-overlay digis that can be easily updated by changing a few
TNC settings.

_Many_ places in North America have updated (and dropped support for RELAY
and WIDE) already.  More every day.  It's the courteous thing to do.
