I got a KPC-3 w/a HTX-202 at a remote WX digi.... works both winter -10F to +100F summer.
Mine is also solar powered, battery voltage fluctuates to 15.5 in sub freezing temps when 
batteries get 'normalized' and dips to 11.0 or lower when days of bad WX.
