[aprssig] Kenwood D7 not working with Garmin 76C

Yes, there is also a TM-D700A/E(G2.0) version to address the same issue.  I
have both versions but haven't had any problems (but I have old GPSs).
Dunno about getting Kenwood to flash your rig - never tried.
