[aprssig] Pm maps 3.5, winaprs 277

Robbie,
I didn't install the PM on the computer, I thought it
was not necessarry.  In old versions of WinAPRS like
2.5.1 it ran perfectly for me without installing any
of the PM files.  Or at least I thought thats the way
I had it running.
