[aprssig] Unwanted IGATEing

I just heard back from the gentleman in question, and as I expected he is a very
nice guy completely unaware of the problems being caused. He has asked me how to
fix his APRS+SA configuration, not being a user I can only provide him with
generalities. Anyone familiar with APRS+SA IGating willing volunteer to email
him with more specific instructions?

Granted, it is not as much fun as leading a coax-cutting party, or trying him in
abstentia, but it will be more productive...
