Not quite correct. javAPRSSrvr filters out any third-party packets with
TCPIP or TCPXX in the third-party header. So, javAPRSSrvr is already
allowing non-APRS-IS third-party packets to pass. However, the packets
Earl is looking at on findu are mangled packets that are being
transmitted by KE5GD, probably due to his system overrunning his TNC.
Interesting how trying to put 12,000 bps of data down a 1,200 bps pipe
can do that. ;-)
