         You wanna know what else?  The email address in his position 
report BOUNCES and he doesn't seem to ever read his APRS messages.

         The digi owner in Lubbock has had to totally turn off Widen-N 
because this one station is saturating the network.  If it wasn't for him, 
we'd still be OK in that regard.
