[aprssig] APRS SUPER-DIGI's alternatives

While looking at the mess in SoCal that you can see on this
map with PHG circles overlayed:

I came to the conclusion that there is one additional new
alternative to those over-reaching super-digis that are
hearing too much and that are QRMing everyone:

Option 1: Switch their TX to UHF to link down to an IGate.
Option 2: Switch their RX to 144.99 (if avail) for a QRM-free
channel which gives priority to local traffic
New Option 3: Stay on 144.39 but without any APRS generic routing!

Think about it. Being HAMS we hate to give up such a good
site, but letting it attempt to digipeat EVERY packet from
everyone for the surrounding 500 miles is what is killing APRS.
But get rid of RELAY, WIDE, and any n-N's and any
aliases. Then it is still there for ANYONE that wants to make
a directed path, but it is removed from the QRM equation.

This can be a good idea in the New Paradigm tool kit...

Remember, the cells MUST GET SMALLER if we expect
any local reliability.
