[aprssig] UIDIG ROMs for New n-N Paradigm

We need a UIDIGI ROM expert to translate the New n-N
Paradigm into the proper settings for a UIDIG ROM.  Several
people have said they would switch but dont have the time
to each figure it all out on their own.

Remember UIDIGI can run on ANY TAPR-2 CLONE TNC
and make the most powerful APRSdigi there is.

So Send me the UIDIGI settings and Ill put them on my
