[aprssig] APRS IS weirdness

No, sorry.  Too quick on the 'send' button.  No such connection with a 
Europe filter.  There are 2 aprsd systems connected generating loops, 
and 2 using filters.  Both were for, or within the CONUS.

Sorry for the confusion.
