I would suggest something more clearly for ham operators. In countries, where the basic prefix is with two letters, use them as SSn-n is used for states in US. We introduced in Poland SPn-n and I think would be very convenient to use in other European countries something like DLn-n OKn-n SMn-n HBn-n etc. 73! Andy SP3LYR AB9FX
