[aprssig] New symbol for Winlink/IRLP/Echolink nodes needed??

I think it would be good to have a generic symbol used for IRLP and
Echolink nodes that would have an overlay (I or E or...) that would
destinguish the two. MAYBE we should use the circle and put an I or E
overlay on it.
