Bob,

Since all this started, I think you also should advocate that we stay 
with the International recognition of RELAY,WIDE2-2 or RELAY,WIDE3-3 for 
travelers. It still seems up in the air and it should be plainly stated 
in your documentations.

I think there is as much of a need for mobiles as well as trvelers 
across the country to utilize APRS as it is for homes.

RELAY,WIDE2-2 if near metros, and RELAY,WIDE3-3 out in the open. Even if 
the mobiles are fixed paths not easily changed, and they are just 
passing through, why can not the RELAY,WIDE3-3 be tolerated for a few 
minutes?

This needs to be stated and recommended and be clear...
