Both mark the center of the eye and are automatically generated by WxSvr
from National Hurricane Center (NHC) statements. _ato indicates the
position from the full statement issued at 0300z, 0900z, 1500z, and 2100z.
This is also where the 12, 24, and 36 hour plots are derived from. _upd is
from interim "update" statements issued between full statements. Under most
circumstances, there will be one update statement issued between full
statements although more or less may occur as the NHC determines is
necessary and available.

What's the difference between "KATRI_ato" and "KATRI_upd"? I'm
guessing _ato marks the eye and _upd the leading edge, but previous beacons
make me question that guess.
