[aprssig] Vehicular Window Flag Mount for antenna base?

I wonder anyone has used this U.S.Flag mount to support a temporary antenna and would they provide details-type of antenna, grounding issues, etc. It looks like an interesting idea if implemented properly, Thnx, 73 de Rod,VE1BSK.
