[aprssig] Which APRS software uses "APRS" as a destination?

Dunno what software, but all got to the APRS-IS by TCPIP (TCPXX) but through 
an unverified connection.

The CW are "citizens weather" stations. Sometimes operated by a ham, but not 
necessarily so.
