[aprssig] Which APRS software uses "APRS" as a destination?

Any idea which software/device is producing the packets below? I ask, because it appears that the timetamps are populated with HHMMSS wheres the 'z'-type timestamps are supposed to be populated with DDHHMM.

p.s. Work on my "packet verifier" will continue for some time. I hope the 'group' doesn't mind these questions every so often as I add more functionality to the software.
