[aprssig] conveying map view

The more I think about it, the less appealing transmitting the list of map
files becomes.

This would require that the users have a standard set of maps before going
into the event - that would be the time to transfer the base bookmarks/map
files.

But being able to transmit a bookmark (center and zoom) during the event would
still be nice, but the list of maps unnecessary.
