Moving onto more interesting things than SSID's
One of my friends is back from england and worked very closely with motorola
heads, GPS , and radio.
Myabe we can use such a beast

Not so long as they ID properly somewhere. They can do that in the comment
field, on a local AX.25 beacon (not digipeated), CW ID, or whatever. This
is usually done for tactical callsigns, where it's more important to
indicate a station's function that its legal ID.
However, using the last three of your callsign for brevity in AX.25 is just
kind of silly, because it's a fixed length field. Those bytes are still
getting transmitted, just with blanks.
