Gents,

I am trying to pass a perl variable to a cgi file

Something like this

http://www.abc.net/test.cgi?value=andy

How do I then get test.cgi to echo // use "value" ??

I have tried

print "Your value is set to ".param('value')." <br> ";

With not much luck

How do you pass a variable via the URL to a perl // cgi ?
