Hi All
       APRS-SCS Version 1.11 is now ready for down loading from
http://www.tapr.org/~kb2scs

For those that know what APRS-SCS is can skip to the What's New 
section of this E-Mail.

APRS-SCS Is a 32 bit Windows based APRS client software.
APRS-SCS uses USGS mapping data for its maps. A user does
not have to buy or make maps. APRS-SCS does it all for them,

APRS-SCS does everything that all other APRS software does.

What's New
Version 1.11 
Fixed a bug where bogus MicE packets would cause APRS-SCS to 
terminate gracefully. Your PC would not crash. APRS-SCS would display 
an error message and when you clicked on OK APRS-SCS would end. 

Added to the View/Just menu Weather Stations. Before you had a choice 
just view National Weather Stations or just view Home Weather 
Stations. 
Now you have a third choice where you can view both Home Weather 
Stations and National Weather Stations at the same time. 

Added Weather menu item to the right click context menu. This new 
menu item is only available if you right click on a Weather Station. 
What happens is the call sign of the Weather Station that you right 
click on is entered into the call sign text box of the Weather Form. 

Added a Help button to the setup form. Now a new user can click on 
this help button and get valuable information on how to setup APRS-
SCS.
