[aprssig] Deluo GPS connector

The Deluos can be had for around $60, less in quantity.  The female
connector is kind of inconvenient, though - I don't think panel-mount males
are a good idea.  Oh well... at least it's supposed to come with a DB9
adapter.

www.gps4fun.com lists them for $79 for the LVC (bare wires, needs
regulated 5V) variety, and $10 more for one with a regulator and
connectors.  One of the LVC models was successfully flown on some
balloons recently.  IIRC, the thing only draws 60mA.
