[aprssig] convert serial weather data to tcp socket

There is a device called SeriaLan that is a two port serial to 802.11b 
adapter. You can just telnet to it and get access to the serial port. I think 
it is about $180 in single quantity. http://www.datahunter.com/ 

Otherwise a company called Digi makes a variety of single port terminal 
servers.

Or for used try a search on ebay. I'm sure there are hundreds of 16 port 
terminal servers out there for almost nothing.
