People

For those that do not know, Roger, the Author of this software is suffering
from a cancer which is inoperable. 

Because of this he feels he would like to make his UI-View 
and Winpack programs Freeware, with the proviso that any new users will MAKE
A DONATION to their local or national CANCER RESEARCH ORGANIZATION,
equivalent in their local currency, to the registration fee.

Right now he is asking users if they agree with this... With a web based
survey.
