[aprssig] APRS coverage

Ken,  I made a trip around the US  about a year ago, and part of it was 
Cheyenne to Des Moines IA.  I found the same as you.  Once I left the 
Cheyenne coverage area I heard very little APRS activity on I-80 till I got 
near Omaha.  My track record looked much like yours.
