[aprssig] More thoughts on (was) Connected Packet

The other problem you're going to run into with conventional packet, and
for that matter ANY 'messaging' system that doesn't look like Outlook, is
that Joe or Susie Shelter Manager is NOT likely to be trained or inclined
TO BE trained on something as arcane as a packet BBS.

On the other hand, putting a packet network BEHIND something like WinLink
(and setting up your donated machines so that they could be plugged into a
LAN and act like a Mail Transfer Agent) IS something we could probably
'sell' to our various 'served agencies'.
