At approximately 0100z (24Dec04) N4UED-4 went on the air in Roanoke
Rapids, NC.  This digipeater supports RELAY,WIDE,WXRAH,NCn-N, and
95LNKn-N.  This digipeater will hopefully help cover a rather large
hole on I-95 near the NC/VA border.
