[aprssig] UI-DIGI settings

Tim,
can you explain that site? Do I understand correctly
that the listed parameters are the UI-DIGI defaults and
that your receommendations are in the text added to
each parameter?
If the shown values are the "defaults" we need to get
the author of UI-DIGI to change some of them.
(having WIDE7-7 as a default is a travesty...)
Im half way thoruogh reading them, but I may want to
work with you on some of them...
