[Dave Larsen]

Scotty Cowling, WA2DFI, TAPR President since 2021 and Director since
2006, has announced his resignation from both those roles.  Dave Larsen,
KV0S, current Vice President, will serve as President until the annual
election of officers later this year.  The TAPR Board has appointed Paul
Elliott, WB6CXC, to replace Scotty as a Director for the remainder of
his term.

TAPR sincerely thanks Scotty for his many years of dedicated service
both to our organization and to amateur radio generally.
