[TangerineSDR] TAPR/Hamsci Magnetometer Data Plotting

For those of you with TAPR/HamSci magnetometers that may be interested I have written python code which will plot a daily log file in a few different ways.

There is a README.pdf file there which provides information on python libraries needed and how to generate a graph.

I have tested the code on Ubuntu 22.04 and on Mac.
