[TangerineSDR] [HamSCI] RX888D - how to start ?

Tom,

Like Michael said, rx888d was integrated into radiod but was not documented
yet, so initiate radiod with an appropriate config file (there are some you
can modify). Use & to run it as a background process or write a script.
Choose the appropriate sampling rate for the frequencies of interest to
reduce resource usage.
