Hi Bill,

This is my email address. Sorry for not emailing you sooner.

This project isn’t documented on a web page, but the primary source of
information can be found on the Public Seismic Network google group
mailing list here: https://groups.google.com/g/psnlist

It was designed by a professional seismologist. It's called the
HammerHead. Documentation including the 3D printed parts, BOM, photos
and informational powerpoints, and the Pi Zero digitizer can be found
on his google drive here:

Attached are the .stl and .step files. They should be printed with
maximum fill, I believe.

If you would like to build one for yourself, please see the
documentation above. It's geared towards the amateur seismologist and
the documentation is far from finished, but it has exactly what you
need if you wanted to build one for yourself.
