[TangerineSDR] TangerineSDR Digest, Vol 27, Issue 3 - Magnetometer

The magnetometer boards use linear regulators.  The magnetometer itself 
has a switching component.  I have been meaning to test it for radiation 
and develop appropriate shielding if necessary.
