Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 04-19-2021

1. Scotty has ordered parts for the RF Module, Clock, and Data Engine. He's been able to source most parts (the Data Engine Ethernet interface chip seems to be difficult to find).

2. Discussion on FPGA upgrades. There are use cases for both attended and unattended upgrades (re-flash of the FPGA). We may want a selectable hardware or software lock to prevent an unattended FPGA upgrade for those attended sites where folks don't want their FPGA code to change. The FPGA image probably needs strong download and communication corruption protection, such as SHA256 on the image.
