Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 10-12-2020

1. Scotty found one problem on the magnetometer board, was able to hand
rework 5 units and they work OK. He will fix/update the artwork, then order
45 more boards and have them assembled.

2. Bill showed the TangerineSDR data collection web interface (software
preview) to the local host computer. The demo was running live data capture
from a FLEX radio via an emulator (which was doing sample rate decimation
down to 8k sps for FT8 and WSPR). Discussion on error checking and some
other details. There are a lot of the features currently working.

Bill installed sambashare on the R-PI to make it's filesystem visible to
Windows and other Samba-capable systems.

Students at the University of Alabama are working on the companion Central
host software.

Bill also demonstrated Excel captures of data: magnitude and doppler
charts, and a color heat-map display.
