[TangerineSDR] GNSS SDR metadata standard

Hi all,

  My friend Skip Youngberg K1NKR passed along this link from the Institute
of Navigation:

https://sdr.ion.org

  It links to an emerging metadata standard for GNSS software define
receivers, which are becoming more and more practical.  Most of the
standard is probably too domain specific and it has a lot of complexity
which is not always good, but perhaps there are some useful ideas there for
the PSWS data standards being developed.
