Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 03-16-2020

1. HAMSCI Presentations due by Thursday to Nathaniel via google drive (link
to be provided). Presenters with the presenter/demo webinar link sent via
email are already registered for the webinar.

2. Discussion of how to send buffers between the FPGA and the local host.
Each buffer having all the virtual channels in one frame vs. splitting each
virtual receiver stream out into separate packets. The issue: what if one
of the UDP frames goes missing. How to rebuild an aligned output that
prevents data gaps? For example, a 1024 byte packet with 13 virtual
channels. The output doesn't divide evenly. Question: how would Digital RF
handle this?
