[TangerineSDR] CEDAR Virtual Workshop June 22 - 26

Just an update:

The CEDAR workshop starts today with the CEDAR Student Workshop. All are
welcome to watch the livestream--today's presentations should have a number
of good introductions to different topics in space science. Also, I'll be
helping moderate the Q/A behind the scenes.
