[TangerineSDR] Magnetometer testing

Hi David,
Thank you for your participation!
The magnetometer I installed at JJ is still running. However, I am still
baffled why the overall trend doesn't match the other magnetometer (M.
Acuna version). Gil went out there to "disturb" the sensor with a magnet at
known times. The magnetic field tracing appears to make sense and we
confirm that time stamping is working well.

Anyways, it is a busy week for us (GEM workshop this week). I may not be
able to be in the loop for a while.
