Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 04-13-2020

1. Discussion about the University of Houston project call. This is an
experienced team with balloon launches. They are looking at TangerineSDR
for their project. TangerineSDR needs to provide size, weight, and power
estimates to the UoH team to see if it would fit within the payload
envelope, battery capacity, etc.
