[TangerineSDR] Seeking your Review and Comment on Tangerine SBC Functional Specification

Attached you should find 2 documents - both are Version 0.7 of the Functional Specification for the SBC inside the Tangerine SDR.

One of them has tracking turned on, so you can see what was changed in the last couple of revisions; one with filename ending "without tracking" has tracking off, which is more readable.

This is your chance to influence the software of the Tangerine! (Or at least, catch my mistakes and omissions). Remember, it is much easier to fix the spec now, than after we have started developing.

You may notice that there are a number of things we have dreamed about which are not included in the Functional Spec (but may be included in  the Future Concepts section). This spec is intended to capture Phase 1 (i.e., what we are going to do that is NSF-funded).  We plan to made the system modular so that if volunteer developers wish to contribute additional work outside the major scope, they can do that.

Still Coming:  Functional Specification for Central Control System, plus detailed design specifications for both.
