[TangerineSDR] TangerineSDR Board Sizes and Mock-up

There may be multiple ways to get there and  I have a lot of experiments to do before I'l know if this ideawill work with the uBlox modules.  The complication is that none of the modules accept an external clock input so creativity will be required.  Sometime in the next few days I'll put together an initial description of the options.
