Attached is update to Central Control System (V0.2) - change tracking is on so that you can see what changed.

PLEASE REVIEW AND COMMENT BY FRIDAY, OCT. 25, 2019.

If the design needs improvements (which is likely) - it's MUCH better to work it now, than after we have started coding! (starts in January, right around the corner)
