Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 06-10-2019.

1. Rick W2GPS suggests that we should be able to achieve +/- 50 nsec
absolute timestamp accuracy,
excepting during solar events (ionospheric effect). Use of a dual-channel
receiver can improve the
absolute accuracy but requires an expensive (~ $1500) dual-band antenna.
Perhaps a homebrew
dual-band antenna might be less expensive.

2. Scotty discussed mechanical packaging for expansion / adapter board for
the
Data Engine. He will work on a drawing to explain. This approach should
be reduce
the connector cost significantly.

3. Scotty will ask Hyomin about the Magnetometer and it's electrical
interface.
Nathaniel said we should plan on the PNI Geomagnetic Sensor RM3100.
It appears to be SPI and 3.0 VDC supply (Max 3.6 VDC).
 * Is there an assembled circuit board available?
 * Can the user position it accurately enough at the site, or is there a
way to
   compute the positional alignment?
 * Do we need to run orthogonality calibration?
