OK, thanks to John A, we have an SFTP login for uploading documents.

If you want to upload your document, please ask and I will send you the 
login information.

We have one login for all documents, so care must be taken!

The link to the documents folder that Dave KV0S set up on 
TangerineSDR.com is working.

When we get more documents, we will likely form a directory tree to 
organize PSWS, TangerineSDR, Protocols documents, etc in a more orderly 
fashion.

For now, one directory will suffice.
