Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 07-08-2019

1. Nathaniel has put together a rotating list of scientists who will attend
the weekly TangerineSDR Teamspeak calls.

2. Dave KV0S put up links to interesting SDRA talks. Two of particular
interest to this group:  1) Kiwi TDOA,  2) Satnogs Satellite telemetry
monitoring.

3. Scotty is working on DE board sketch including module keep out areas,
connector placement, etc.

4. Nathaniel is working on Hamsci workshop planning for 2020.

5. Discussion on disk drive endurance and performance. We may want to
tradeoff the amount of data stored against the cost and endurance of drives
available. Bill discussed results he has achieved to date in his testing.
