[TangerineSDR] List details, attachments, on-line lab notebook, etc.

Hi John,

I didn't see a place that specifically addresses attachments, only one 
place where you can set the message body size limit.

So I set it to 2000KB.

If we turn filtering on, we can limit the types of attachments, but 
still no place to limit size there. I left filtering turned off.
